Profile

I am a multifaceted individual with a passion for education, research, art, and social work. With over a decade of professional experience, I have honed my skills in teaching, banking, marketing research, and administration. My diverse background has allowed me to thrive in various fields and make meaningful contributions in each.

As an educator, I have dedicated myself to shaping the minds of undergraduate students, teaching subjects like Principles of Management and Business Strategies. My commitment to education extends to mentoring, supervising, and editing research projects undertaken by both undergraduate and graduate students.

My journey as a researcher has led me to publish numerous research papers and conference papers in areas spanning human resources, management, and marketing. I take pride in my ability to delve into technology-driven data management for in-depth qualitative and quantitative research, ensuring my work is both accurate and impactful.

In the world of social work, I’ve been actively involved as a Rotarian since 2018, holding positions such as Treasurer, Secretary, and Vice President. My volunteer work includes organizing various community initiatives, from blood donation drives to leadership training programs for youth, all aimed at making a positive difference in the world.

  • Master’s Degree in Business Studies (Marketing) from Tribhuvan University in 2021.
  • Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from Madras University in 2018.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance from Tribhuvan University in 2015.
  • Completed Higher Schooling from GMC College in 2010.

Work Experience

  • Research Assistant at City Education Foundation (Part-Time) from January 2021 to August 2023. Here, I’ve been involved in technology-driven data management, qualitative and quantitative research, and writing and publication.
  • Teacher at Siddhartha Banasthali College (Part-Time) from January 2021 to August 2023. I’ve been imparting knowledge in Principles of Management and Business Strategies.
  • Project Management Assistant at Campaign Nepal for Research and Development from January 2019 to December 2020. My responsibilities included identifying issues, preparing project proposals, and assisting in project management.
  • Banker at Sunrise Bank Limited (Full-Time) from July 2016 to August 2023. I’ve had a broad range of responsibilities, including customer service, compliance, accounting, and teller transactions.

I take great pride in my academic contributions, which include published research papers and conference presentations:

  • “Factors affecting career promotion of employees in the banking sector of Nepal,” published in the International Journal of Research and Analytical Reviews in August 2021.
  • “Impact of working environment on employees’ performance in the banking sector of Nepal,” published in the International Journal of Creative Research Thoughts in 2022.
  • Presented a paper on “Employee’s Salary and Job Satisfaction in the Banking Sector of Nepal” at the International Conference on Global Business, Economics, Finance, and Social Sciences in 2021.
  • Presented a paper on “Banking in Nepal” at the ASIAN Society for Academic Research International Conference on Social Science, Humanities, and Business Management in 2021.

Additional Information

In addition to my professional and academic pursuits, I am fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), English, French, and Nepali. My technical skills include document management, data design, collection and analysis using tools like IBM SPSS and Excel, APA style formatting, statistics, and longitudinal research.

Beyond work and research, my interests include art, travel, dancing, exploring new challenges, and giving back to the community.
